Transistors are made of semiconductor material with three or more terminals used to connect to an external circuit. One of the most common uses for transistors in an electronic circuit is as simple switches. In short, a transistor conducts current across the collector-emitter path only when a voltage is applied to the base. When no base voltage is present, the switch is off. When base voltage is present, the switch is on.

Integra Technologies, Inc. established in 1997, is an ISO 9001:2008 certified manufacturer of state of the art RF power transistors, pallets and high power amplifiers (HPA). These products are based on GaN HEMT and Si LDMOS, VDMOS and Bipolar technologies.
