He comes with strong expertise in the field of Engineering Physics (Applied Electronics and Instrumentation) from IIT Roorkee & also holds a degree in Marketing Management. Subhash possesses cross-functional leadership and customer interface skills with excellent communication skills and a passion for technical team leadership and development.
Over last 18+ years in the industry, Subhash has played a key role in promoting various components into radar and radio programs developed in India by working closely with various Space and Military customers.
Besides plays a key role in helping end users in the selection of RF and Microwave components at the design stage itself, besides has hands-on knowledge on RF testing.

Manager, Electro Mechanical Products

Over last 12+ years Lipin has developed sound understanding of Electro-mechanical products and solutions.
His knowledge on sensing and motion products is complimented by his passion in assisting customers in their design work with customised solutions leveraging his years of design experience.
Lipin has an engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation and leads our Electro-mechanical product group. His business-oriented attitude and passion about developing the markets and his analytical ability towards business enables him bring business plans to fruition.

Head, Accounts & Finance

Divakar manages all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. He provides accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
With 15+ years of experience he supports companies financial decision-making information by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data. He acts as a consultant for the management, conducting cost and revenue analysis.

Chandrasekar is responsible for creating an engaging office environment and positive interactions with all visitors and staff. He works actively, internally and externally with various vendors to ensure that the organization’s Administrative, IT and Human Resources needs are met.
Chandrasekar has strong 25+ years of experience in handling administrative services with Indian Air Force, besides managing administrative functions in some of the leading healthcare institutions before joining Elkay.
