Vikas leads Elkay’s US operations for last 22+ years and has played key role in serving various global roles with increasing responsibility, including activities related OEM relationships worldwide. He collaborates closely with the Company’s Board of Directors and functions to integrate all global marketing strategies.
He comes with strong expertise in the field of Engineering Physics (Applied Electronics and Instrumentation) from IIT Roorkee & also holds a degree in Marketing Management. His overall Industry experience of 27+ years is instrumental in building Elkay’s System Integration business in India and aligning it to Make in India Initiative.

Managing Director, Elkay Europe

Sunil leads Elkay’s Europe operations, a position he has held since 1997. Over the years he has a significantly contributed to company’s growth in Electro Mechanical business and Navigation business, by tying up with some of the world’s leading manufacturers in this field.
He is a creative visionary, strategic thinker and accomplished brand builder. His focus on continually identifying new products and establishing an unprecedented relationship with our Principals in Europe region has helped Elkay to enjoy unparalleled growth and expansion.

Head, Product Management

Subhash possesses cross-functional leadership and customer interface skills with excellent communication skills and a passion for technical team leadership and development.
Over last 18+ years in the industry, Subhash has played a key role in promoting various components into radar and radio programs developed in India by working closely with various Space and Military customers.
Besides plays a key role in helping end users in the selection of RF and Microwave components at the design stage itself, besides has hands-on knowledge on RF testing.

Manager, Electro Mechanical Products

Over last 12+ years Lipin has developed sound understanding of Electro-mechanical products and solutions.
His knowledge on sensing and motion products is complimented by his passion in assisting customers in their design work with customised solutions leveraging his years of design experience.
Lipin has an engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation and leads our Electro-mechanical product group. His business-oriented attitude and passion about developing the markets and his analytical ability towards business enables him bring business plans to fruition.

Being a sales head, he is an integral part of the business which involves managing customers / business engagements as well as collaborating with numerous internal departments.
With 19+ years of industry experience he is responsible to define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, commercial and sale operations to maximise sales and profitability of the company.

Regional Sales Lead

Ashwini is responsible to drive business directly working with end customers, building robust sales pipeline across the region.
He is self-motivated professional, with a desire to continually learn new product offerings & possess excellent communication & presentation skills.
Ashwini come with 5 years of techno-sales experience and has unique ability to analyse customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Head, Accounts & Finance

Divakar manages all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. He provides accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
With 15+ years of experience he supports companies financial decision-making information by collecting, analysing, investigating, and reporting financial data. He acts as a consultant for the management, conducting cost and revenue analysis.

Head, Administration

Chandrasekar is responsible for creating an engaging office environment and positive interactions with all visitors and staff. He works actively, internally and externally with various vendors to ensure that the organization’s Administrative, IT and Human Resources needs are met.
Chandrasekar has strong 25+ years of experience in handling administrative services with Indian Air Force, besides managing administrative functions in some of the leading healthcare institutions before joining Elkay.

T. V. Krishna is the Chairman of Elkay Group. He has steered Elkay for the past 27 years, establishing Elkay as a dependable source of Electronic Components and System Integration services, with a reputation for professionalism and customer service.
Graduated from IIT Madras and also holds a Management Degree from IIM Calcutta, he has played a key role in developing a framework for long-term business strategies, thus resulting in one of the most reliable companies for our Customers, our Principals and our Employees.
